1. Service
RequestGuard provides fraud-risk decisioning, API endpoints, dashboard views, SDKs, documentation, CAPTCHA tooling, and related security intelligence features for websites and applications.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting API keys, configuring decision rules, reviewing automated decisions before applying them to high-impact workflows, and complying with laws that apply to your application, users, and data.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not use RequestGuard to attack third-party systems, enrich unlawfully collected data, bypass rate limits, violate privacy rights, or make decisions prohibited by applicable law.
4. Email Fraud Check
Only forward email and attachments that you are authorized to analyze. Unknown attachments may be submitted to VirusTotal and shared with its security partners and customers. Do not forward confidential or sensitive attachments that you are not permitted to share with VirusTotal. Forwarding to scan@requestguard.com opts into this processing. Automated verdicts are informational and do not guarantee that an email is safe.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. During launch access, billing and self-serve account management may be limited.
